Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty has announced its associates who have earned the top network honors in 2018:

Barbara Wall has been recognized as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty’s highest producer in the Melbourne Branch and a Top 25 Sales Professional Statewide. Wall has also received the esteemed Chairman’s Circle – Gold Level for 2018. The Chairman’s Circle – Gold Level is awarded to the top 2 percent of the network’s sales professionals based on gross commission income or closed units.

Nancy Taylor has been named to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ esteemed Chairman’s Circle – Gold Level for 2018. The Chairman’s Circle – Gold Level is awarded to the top 2 percent of the network’s sales professionals based on gross commission income or closed units. Additionally, Taylor was also recognized as a Top 25 Sales Professional Statewide for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.

Dee Dee Davis has been named to the prestigious President’s Circle for 2018 by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The award recognizes the network’s top 5 percent of residential sales professionals who in 2018 exemplified great sales measures in closed residential GCI, commercial GCI or closed residential units. Davis was also recognized as a Top 25 Sales Professional Statewide for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.

Shari Abbott has been named to the prestigious President’s Circle for 2018 by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The award recognizes the network’s top 5 percent of residential sales professionals who in 2018 exemplified great sales measures in closed residential GCI, commercial GCI or closed residential units.

Jeff Chancey and Lynn Steffen have been named to the esteemed Leading Edge Society for 2018. The award recognizes the network’s top 8 percent of residential sales professionals who in 2018 exemplified great sales measures in closed residential GCI, commercial GCI or closed residential units.

Josie Rekab, Julie Palladino, Kelly Rodano, Lori Farringer, Randy Neuman and Traci Reed have been named to the prestigious Honor Society for 2018. The award recognizes the network’s top 14 percent of residential sales professionals who in 2018 exemplified great sales measures in closed residential GCI, commercial GCI or closed residential units.

New Hire Announcement-Julie, Anne, & Denise

BREVARD COUNTY • INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, FLORIDA – Julie Palladino, Anne Kodash and Denise Stonecipher have recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty as sales professionals and Realtors.


The announcement was made by Caprice Atwell, Managing Broker for the Melbourne Branch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.

Julie Palladino relocated from New York to Viera in 2016 with her husband, four daughters, and two rescue dogs. Julie comes from a nursing background and has a love of working with seniors, both in the medical and real estate fields. Julie’s enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and her expertise in real estate contribute to her providing a successful selling/buying experience for her clients.

Anne Kodash has been licensed for 23 years in Northeast Ohio and now the Space Coast. Anne has a wide range of expertise from foreclosures to new construction to luxury listings. Anne looks forward to bringing her years of experience in Ohio to service her new customers in Brevard County.


Denise Stonecipher comes from a 30 year background in the construction industry and design. She has lifelong ties to the East Coast of Florida and looks forward to sharing her love of the area. With her background, Denise is excited to highlight the potential in homes in need of revitalization for her real estate customers.
